What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, monitor, and update the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Interface with project stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations
- Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project teams
- Monitor schedule deviations and variances, assisting in corrective action development
- Prepare regular schedule progress reports and maintain records of scope changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years as a planner/scheduler on capital projects, including design and construction phases
- Direct experience in a complex matrix environment
- Expertise in using Primavera P6
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within the construction industry, with additional life sciences experience strongly preferred
- Local candidates preferred; must be relocatable if not local
