      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate construction-related issues across various projects in public and private sectors
      - Conduct project assessments and necessary site visits
      - Assist with project scheduling, maintenance, and time impact analysis
      - Serve as a liaison between clients and project representatives
      - Review change orders, contracts, and construction documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of field experience in public or private construction
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software
      - Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
      - Excellent writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degrees, credentials, or certifications in construction management or civil engineering
      - PSP, EIT, PMP, or other relevant certifications
      - Experience in procuring, scheduling, and managing subcontractors
