What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate construction-related issues on various projects and provide support and recommendations
- Interface with clients and project representatives, performing project assessments and site visits
- Assist with schedule preparation, maintenance, and time impact analysis
- Serve as a liaison for clients with owners, contractors, and other professionals
- Review change orders, contracts, and other construction documents while maintaining quality standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of field experience in public or private construction
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Strong writing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in cost estimating and managing subcontractors

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degrees, credentials, or certifications in construction management or civil engineering
- PSP, EIT, PMP, and other relevant certifications
