What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, team events, and PI planning sessions
- Lead retrospectives and drive relentless process improvement
- Support multiple Agile teams (Scrum and Kanban) simultaneously
- Remove impediments and roadblocks, including those outside team authority
- Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are refined, prioritized, and scheduled
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience supporting multiple Agile teams
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- SAFe Agile certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Background in retail environments
