      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and prioritize efficiency by navigating dependencies and removing impediments for seamless product delivery
      - Champion Agile excellence by leading best practices and aligning backlogs with strategic objectives
      - Establish clear and efficient communication within and across teams
      - Mentor and guide Scrum Masters to foster their career growth within the organization
      - Drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery and maximize flow

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as an Agile leader with a track record of implementing Agile values and frameworks
      - Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with teams and senior leadership
      - Ability to guide product teams in collective problem-solving and fostering a learning environment
      - Willingness to challenge existing processes and drive meaningful change
      - Understanding of multiple product development methodologies, including Lean, Waterfall, and Kanban

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expertise in using Jira or other Agile tools for managing work and dependencies
      - Experience in facilitating Agile processes within hardware or device creation teams
