What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Foster a data-driven, high-performing Scrum Team
- Introduce practices to improve the Agile mindset and champion incremental improvements
- Proactively remove impediments and blockers to enable team success
- Partner with Product Owner to ensure backlog is well-defined and refined
- Facilitate productive and effective Scrum ceremonies and events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Scrum Master experience with an Agile Scrum Team
- Proven expertise in Agile techniques and processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to advocate for team and organizational needs
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior Scrum Masters and resolve conflicts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master), A-CSM, or CSP-SM certification
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Track record of fostering high-performing Scrum Teams
