What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings to ensure effective teamwork
- Manage and align the Product Backlog with business goals and user needs
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance performance
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress for timely product delivery
- Lead company-wide Agile transformations and implement continuous improvement programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Scrum Master Certification
- Proven track record of improving team performance and delivery efficiency
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading Agile transformations at an organizational level
- Familiarity with various Agile project management tools and software
- Previous experience in coaching teams to achieve higher performance metrics
- Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions effectively
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
