What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform security master new setups, maintenance, and ongoing validation across multiple asset classes
- Validate security pricing and market data received from external vendors
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies between vendors, Aladdin, and internal systems
- Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security setup, pricing, and payment break resolution
- Respond to complex user inquiries, issues, and data requests in a timely and professional manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of strong functional knowledge of Aladdin, including Security Master, Paycheck, and data reporting tools
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Security Master and reference data across multiple asset classes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in securities operations, data management, or pricing with senior-level accountability
- Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving payment and cash reconciliation breaks from a Security Master perspective
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing, maintaining, and improving SOPs and operational documentation
