What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and assess compliance with various regulatory frameworks, including SOC2, HIPAA/HITRUST, ISO 27001, PCI, and GDPR
- Manage compliance audits and engage with regulators and auditors for effective communication
- Own and coordinate compliance programs with global teams, ensuring meaningful updates for assessors and customers
- Validate ongoing compliance of policies and procedures and enhance documentation in collaboration with internal teams
- Evaluate security requirements for third-party integrations within the enterprise/product context
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience leading compliance and security audits with an understanding of end-to-end audit processes
- Technical competence and cloud computing experience, particularly with AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA/HITRUST, PCI, and GDPR standards
- Strong project or program management experience with exceptional organizational skills
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or similar
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or OSCP
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks, contracts, and privacy regulations
- Experience in developing security systems and configuring security postures
- Knowledge in technical areas such as Virtualization, Cloud Computing, and DevSecOps
- Familiarity with leading cloud-based tools
