      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Sales team to articulate the overall value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
      - Manage technical engagement with customers during the trial phase, addressing any issues to ensure successful outcomes
      - Close complex opportunities using advanced technical skills and competitive knowledge
      - Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients
      - Maintain accurate CRM records regarding customer feedback and engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering role
      - Strong written and oral communication skills to articulate business benefits and technical advantages
      - Experience in programming/scripting with languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, or .NET
      - Ability to travel up to 45% of the time via auto, train, or air
      - Capability to sit for extended periods, up to 4 hours, while traveling to client sites

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Passion for educating customers on observability risks relevant to their business
      - Experience in a hybrid work environment and familiarity with customer evaluation plans
      - Previous involvement in technical sales presentations or product demonstrations
