What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead SEO execution across two key consumer-facing brands, integrating analytics and content strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed SEO practices across the entire content lifecycle
- Conduct keyword and competitive research to identify opportunities for visibility and content creation
- Analyze organic performance data to uncover insights and drive continuous improvements
- Communicate SEO performance updates and initiatives to the leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-7+ years of SEO experience with a strong focus on content-led growth
- Proven track record in driving SEO success through content strategy and on-page optimization
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like SEO Clarity, SEMrush, and Google Analytics
- Experience working cross-functionally to influence content strategy and implement SEO best practices
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and advocating for SEO initiatives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience contributing to digital PR or earned media strategies for organic authority-building
- Prior experience mentoring or managing SEO team members, with aspirations to grow into a leadership role
