      Delivery of the day-to-day Service Desk function
      Support the Head of Service Desks to drive the simplification and standardisation of processes, procedures and tools used across the Service Desk operation
      Drive a motivated, high quality and highly productive team environment
      Providing escalation to deal with more complex Service Desk issues and escalations
      Identifying and implement operational improvements in the Service Desk area
