Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of overall industry experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, HR Onboarding, GRC, CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, and Transitions.
At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow application development, including implementation of custom applications and integrations.
Strong hands-on experience in web development for the Service Portal using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
Solid understanding of CMDB and its relationships with other ServiceNow components.
Working experience with AI Agents and Now Assist within ServiceNow.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience collaborating across global teams.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
Prior experience with ITSM is a plus
Exposure to Agile methodologies and fast-paced development environments
Demonstrated ability to write clean, reusable code and contribute to design discussions
Experience working with QA teams for testing and issue remediation

Under limited direction, this individual is responsible to work closely with business analysts,and team members to understand business requirements, and create technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. With a profound understanding of the ITSM core processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Fulfillment, Service Level), the ServiceNow Developer builds new features and customizes the ServiceNow application to lead to a higher process maturity and efficiency in the tool thereby supporting the Service Transformation.Requirements
