A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality product development.
A strong background in software development and integration, with a preference for those with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience.
The ability to lead and inspire a team in creating responsive web applications, employing modern UI/UX practices.
Skills in AEM development, including Java, HTL, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
Experience with integrating AEM with third-party systems via various APIs and services.
A good understanding of CMS platforms, cloud technologies, backend systems, and Agile methodologies.
An interest in eCommerce and customer engagement.

In this role you will be responsible for designing and developing software applications on Adobe Experience Cloud platform as well as other backend systems such as Dell Boomi, Salesforce, Service Cloud, etc. The candidate should have strong experience in developing applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
The ideal candidate should also possess expertise in designing user interfaces, managing content workflows, implementing web services, integrating with back-end systems, configuring AEM Assets, and troubleshooting issues related to these technologies.
About the Role:As a Senior Software Developer / Engineer - AEM you will:
• Design & develop customized solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products including but not limited to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Launch, and other Adobe products
• Implement customized workflows for managing content within AEM
• Create custom components, templates, and page layouts using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, JSON, and other web development technologies
• Integrate third party APIs into existing infrastructure using RESTful web services or other integration methods
• Troubleshoot issues related to application performance tuning and security best practices
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards are met throughout entire project lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including product owners, designers, developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, technical writers, customer success managers, marketing specialists, sales representatives, partners, customers, end users, etc., ensuring timely delivery of features according to schedule
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies like sprint planning sessions, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint demos
• Contribute ideas towards improving processes and increasing efficiency within team
• Stay abreast of latest trends in technology space related to Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem as well as emerging trends in adjacent areas such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence/machine learning, data science, internet of things (IoT), augmented reality/virtual reality (AR/VR), blockchain, cybersecurity, etc., sharing insights gained through research or personal experiences with colleagues when appropriate
