      Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

      Job Description Position Overview
      As part of our Marketing Experiences Engineering team, you will implement
      exciting features that engage and influence Autodesk customers. Our team
      faces a variety of unique and interesting challenges.
      We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help us grow
      from our current walk stage of the offerings to aspirational leap/fly stages.
      If you are passionate and have built experimentation platforms at scale and
      believe that experimentation is pivotal to significant product growth, we
      would love to talk to you about the team!
      You will report to the Manager of Software Development.
      This position is in the Bay Area and is Hybrid-Remote.
      What you'll do
      Design and implement large-scale systems, balancing risk mitigation
      with long-term sustainability.
      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that align
      with company objectives, driving improvements in revenue, customer
      satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
      Foster a culture of engineering excellence, optimize team performance,
      and lead architectural initiatives across the organization.
      Mentor and develop engineering talent, establish robust architectural
      processes, and guide the overall architectural vision.
      What you bring minimum requirements
      4+ years of experience with big data (Flink, DataMesh, SQL) JavaScript,
      Python, data visualization (Tableau) technologies, React and latest
      front-end stack
      Demonstrated ability to architect and build complex systems with a
      long-term vision.
      Exceptional proficiency in collaborating with data scientists to translate
      advanced models into scalable production code.
      Effective communicator with the ability to bridge technical and non-
      technical audiences.
      Deep understanding of experimental design and analysis, including A/B
      testing and hypothesis testing.
      Expertise in implementing and interpreting data-driven experiments to
      inform product strategy.

      Salary transparency

      Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $110,300 and $190,300. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
