What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver critical features and improvements end-to-end for the Agent Experience team
- Build and optimize high-quality REST APIs using Python and other technologies
- Design, build, and operate cloud services, including load balancers and message queues
- Write unit tests and ensure software is designed for testability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and product functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in a high-velocity software development environment
- Proficiency in building software that relies on real-time browser networking and optimizing proxies
- Strong skills in relational databases and SQL, including the ability to write complex queries
- Experience with application database stacks such as ActiveRecord, SQLAlchemy, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to design and operate cloud services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with programming languages such as TypeScript or Go for API development
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and services
