What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale cloud-native and AI-powered systems
- Drive technical direction for AI engineering initiatives, including LLM integration and agentic AI patterns
- Provide senior technical guidance on distributed systems, microservices, and cloud integration patterns
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to enhance technical quality across the organization
- Take ownership of incident response and continuous reliability improvements for live services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of overall experience in software engineering, particularly with large-scale enterprise systems
- Strong hands-on experience with full-stack development using modern backend and frontend technologies
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture and distributed systems, including microservices and event-driven design
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, secure cloud-native applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI engineering, including LLM integration and RAG systems
- Experience designing or re-architecting enterprise-scale AI agents or intelligent automation platforms
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact cloud or AI-powered products in fast-paced environments
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and influencing engineering culture at scale
