      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain APIs and integrations with upstream and downstream consumers
      - Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support backend technical solutions
      - Lead ecosystem-level design reviews and write technical documentation
      - Drive improvements to system reliability, observability, monitoring, and testability
      - Mentor less experienced developers on best practices and operational excellence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of backend development experience with applications in Go and NodeJS
      - Experience with AWS services such as Kubernetes, Lambdas, and RDS
      - Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
      - Strong software engineering fundamentals and a commitment to mentoring
      - Experience with the Agile development process

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience building custom tools for task automation
      - Familiarity with Git version control and repository management in GitLab
      - A proactive approach to finding and fixing issues
