  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design and develop high-quality cloud-native services within the employer's platform
  - Contribute to product reliability and customer satisfaction through testing, debugging, and code reviews
  - Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and teammates to drive craftsmanship and innovation
  - Promote strong engineering practices and foster a supportive team culture
  - Share knowledge and mentor other engineers to help grow talent across the team
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 4+ years of software development experience in products or SaaS, with strong skills in data structures and algorithms
  - Background in backend distributed systems and cloud-native development, including building frameworks and designing scalable APIs
  - Experience with software design, architecture, and working on cross-functional or multi-team projects
  - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
  - Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Proficiency in Java or other programming languages
  - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges
  - Demonstrated ability to influence platform architecture and drive innovation
