      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and prototype strategies to benchmark autonomy systems’ performance
      - Convert validation strategies into production code for high-quality AV behavior analysis
      - Utilize data analytics to support design, validation, risk analysis, and prioritization decisions
      - Build scalable tools for systems engineering and prototype testing products
      - Facilitate cross-team collaboration to establish coding best practices within the Software Validation Organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or related fields
      - 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a bonus for experience in systems engineering, robotics, or data analysis
      - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and C++ for analyzing large data sets and developing simulation testing products
      - Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and make impactful conclusions
      - Excellent communication skills, adept at discussing both high-level concepts and detailed technical discussions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in software engineering for safety-critical products, particularly in verification and validation tools
      - Experience with robotics, autonomous vehicles, or ADAS development
      - Familiarity with robotics simulation environments
      - Experience analyzing automotive collision data
      - Skills in developing dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Looker or Jupyter notebooks
