What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs regarding functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability
- Oversee proactive maintenance of IaaS/SaaS and on-premise applications to ensure stability and scalability
- Coordinate and assist with troubleshooting code defects, data errors, and configuration problems
- Drive departmental best practices and adhere to established guidelines and standards
- Develop and support CIAM and Fraud solutions/projects, including research, design, and testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
- Strong experience in supporting business-critical and complex applications
- Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing real-time integrations and optimizing database processing
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and secure code
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in software application development and maintenance
- Experience in banking or regulated financial services
- Strong design and development experience with Enterprise Technologies such as Java, JMS, JDBC, and Python
- Understanding of fraud prevention, risk-based authentication, and secure digital journeys
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Okta CIAM
