- Take ideas from conception to production with speed and precision
- Ship features that directly impact the daily operations of thousands of data teams
- Manage trade-offs, priorities, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
- Collaborate with product and design teams to push initiatives forward
- Deliver real value by moving quickly and efficiently through development processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of building and shipping fullstack products that improve customer outcomes
- Strong fullstack development skills, including React/TypeScript, Node, Python, and SQL
- Ability to weigh trade-offs and take ownership of the development process
- Experience working asynchronously in a fully remote, distributed team
- Comfort with managing the entire technology stack
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with applications similar to visual design tools, analytics applications, or IDEs
- Background in scaling applications, particularly those utilizing Kubernetes and AWS
- Familiarity with working in an asynchronous environment within a distributed company
