      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop key features and capabilities to enhance insights for coaches and athletic directors
      - Shape the use of wearable data across products to impact sports teams positively
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack product features
      - Lead technical efforts, guide architectural decisions, and mentor team members
      - Rapidly iterate and deploy changes to products, ensuring high-quality software delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of full-stack web development experience with cloud infrastructure
      - Proven ability to work autonomously and adapt to new technologies and systems
      - Experience in technical coaching and supporting other engineers in product development
      - Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and quality feedback
      - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional experience with Python, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB, and AWS
      - Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and patterns, particularly with Azure
      - Experience developing CI/CD pipelines
      - Familiarity with working in hybrid or remote teams
