What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and maintain robust, automated data pipelines using modern ETL and ELT tools
- Model and optimize data in Snowflake to support analytics, operational reporting, and automation
- Ensure data reliability through automated quality checks, monitoring, and observability
- Build reusable abstractions and libraries in TypeScript and SQL to support scalable data processing
- Partner with analytics and engineering teams to deliver executive-ready insights through centralized dashboards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling modern data infrastructure in production environments
- Strong experience designing and operating ETL and ELT workflows in distributed data systems
- Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in one general-purpose language, preferably TypeScript
- Deep knowledge of Snowflake and analytical data modeling
- Experience with AWS, infrastructure as code, and monitoring systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with agent-driven development tools or strong interest in AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience supporting analytics and reporting use cases using Metabase
