What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, drive, and execute a long-term vision and strategy for Corporate Payments services
- Define and implement a comprehensive architectural roadmap for the EnCompass platform
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and empowerment within engineering teams
- Challenge the status quo and implement efficient engineering methods to reduce time-to-market
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to reuse development practices and components
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering
- Expertise in rapid development and deployment of services using cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience writing high-quality automation, including unit, component, and integration tests
- Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in cloud and data environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building applications in the finance space, such as credit card products or accounts receivables/payables
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
