What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect, build, test, and deliver full-stack products while owning the success of your solutions
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and support teams to develop innovative features
- Maintain the operational health of production systems and provide necessary support
- Utilize logs and metrics for troubleshooting and ensuring system reliability
- Champion and embody the employer’s cultural principles as the organization scales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proven track record of shipping features based on customer feedback
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Quick learner capable of working with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with end-to-end development across the technology stack
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of full-stack experience in a fast-paced environment
- Background in taking LLM systems to production
- Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams
- Familiarity with maintaining software products at scale
- Knowledge of Go, GraphQL, Typescript, React, and AWS
