  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate closely with product and design teams to develop user-facing features at scale

  - 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on frontend development
  - Proven track record of delivering responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces
  - High proficiency in modern frontend technologies, particularly TypeScript and React
  - Experience collaborating across teams to create strategic solutions for defined problems
  - Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey context-rich information across documentation and code reviews
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in military, government, or highly regulated domains
  - Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Playwright
  - A background in shipping products within B2B SaaS or similarly demanding environments
  - Hands-on experience in improving team velocity through tooling or process enhancements
