What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and build new investment products, including real-time crypto trading and personalized financial plans
- Own features end-to-end—writing PRDs, creating TDDs, planning tests, and delivering to production
- Build new portfolio analytics and dashboards to help users understand and optimize their investments
- Automate key operations workflows to scale to thousands of customers
- Set the standard for code quality and mentor teammates as the team grows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of Python development experience in production environments
- Experience owning and maintaining live services, including monitoring, alerting, and deployment
- Strong experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience building money movement or payment systems
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React and Next.js
