What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and enhance backend infrastructure focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability
- Expertly manage concurrency and parallelism in Go using goroutines, channels, and synchronization primitives
- Develop robust networking and streaming capabilities, including experience with network programming and protocols
- Lead performance optimization initiatives by profiling Go code and managing memory efficiently
- Implement comprehensive logging and tracing to enhance monitoring and troubleshooting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of professional experience with Go and a track record of developing scalable systems
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with infrastructure containerization and DevOps (preferably GCP or AWS)
- Extensive experience in creating and maintaining robust APIs and implementing advanced CI/CD pipelines
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles and commitment to practices like TDD and continuous integration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to real-time infrastructure or latency-critical systems
- Background in AI, particularly around Large Language Models, Speech to Text, and Voice Synthesis applications
- Knowledge of distributed computing and cloud infrastructure at scale
