- Startup-level bias toward action and a preference for rapid shipping
- Comfort with both asynchronous work and fast-paced environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with dbt in a production environment
- Experience in product-led growth (PLG) environments
- Side projects, open-source contributions, or personal projects showcasing passion for building
