What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently drive execution of projects and deploy them to production with a focus on quality and customer impact
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to make decisions benefiting the team and company
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve operations across cloud environments
- Produce clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to established team standards and security best practices
- Deliver value for customers by addressing their most challenging problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of relevant software, product, and/or security engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems design and development
- Experience building and operating large-scale systems in the cloud
- Solid understanding of basic systems operations (disk, network, operating systems, etc.)
- Proficiency in Java, Scala, C/C++, Go, or other statically typed languages
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in both frontend and backend stacks
- Experience in security, identity, and access management
- Knowledge of public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Interest in evangelism, such as giving talks at tech conferences or writing blog posts on IAM and Security concepts
