  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and deliver end-to-end solutions for tracking and monitoring equipment utilization
  - Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to ensure long-term technical health of products
  - Mentor and support fellow engineers in design and implementation processes
  - Maintain a customer-focused mindset to deliver iterative improvements based on user feedback
  - Champion and embody the company's cultural principles in daily work and team interactions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  - At least 8 years of relevant experience in software development
  - Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, React
  - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to manage technical discussions
  - Experience in building and shipping products from inception to impact
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in scaling products for growth and business impact
  - Background in working with machine learning engineers to deploy models in production
  - Familiarity with geolocation data and its applications
  - Understanding of building stable systems that respond to customer feedback
