What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build performant and scalable backend applications using various object-oriented programming languages in a cloud-based microservice architecture
- Participate in shaping the technical architecture of the product and translating product requirements into user stories and technical solutions
- Deliver highly available and scalable services in a production environment
- Mentor other engineers and support the technical culture to help grow the team
- Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline
- One (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field
- Proficiency in Terraform, AWS S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, SQS, Kotlin, Java, Python, web application build, Angular JS, Spring Boot, and React
- Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cloud-based microservices architecture
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to generate innovative solutions
