What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug software systems and applications for internal use
- Gather information from stakeholders to document functional, system, and data requirements
- Analyze code to identify and resolve errors while maintaining existing applications
- Create detailed technical specifications for new or modified systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for software-related issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required; four years of related experience may substitute for a degree
- Minimum of four years of software development experience required
- At least three years of IT experience using general development technologies (i.e., C#, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Coding, XML)
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to analyze complex problems
- Flexibility to work on-call, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Experience with .NET Development, SSIS, SSRS, Azure (DevOps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions)
- Strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills with clients and technology partners
