What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and deploy core features for the bookings funnel, enhancing the customer journey from request to post-booking follow-up
- Lead front-end (React, Next.js) and back-end (GraphQL, Postgres) development, prioritizing front-end architecture and performance
- Improve application performance and reliability throughout the booking notification lifecycle
- Build the foundation for next-generation post-booking architecture with better API design and component structures
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to plan initiatives and deliver high-quality outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of advanced front-end engineering expertise, including knowledge of component architecture and performance optimization
- 6+ years of back-end experience with Postgres and GraphQL, including writing performant SQL queries
- Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures while balancing delivery speed with code health
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in high-growth logistics tech or booking funnels, particularly with customer follow-up workflows
- History of scaling systems for enterprise-level clients
- Experience building and deploying shared component libraries
