- Mentor and provide engineering leadership to foster team-building
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong engineering skills with a focus on quality and excellence
- Proven experience in software development, particularly in full-stack environments
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
- Interest in mentoring and team leadership
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, TypeScript, React, and NodeJS
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with payment card products, Capacitor application framework, or healthcare claims lifecycles
- Knowledge of health savings or reimbursement accounts
