  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design and implement scalable, high-performance data processing pipelines for petabyte-scale telemetry data
  - Build and optimize machine learning-driven data routing and transformation engines
  - Develop real-time analytics and anomaly detection systems using advanced machine learning techniques
  - Collaborate with Product and DevOps teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
  - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the engineering culture through code reviews and knowledge sharing
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on distributed systems, data engineering, or ML infrastructure
  - Expert-level proficiency in Go, Rust, or Java, with strong understanding of system design patterns
  - Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
  - Proven track record in building and scaling data pipelines using technologies like Apache Kafka and Apache Spark
  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  - Expertise in observability and monitoring tools, integrating with platforms like Prometheus or Grafana
  - Solid understanding of data formats and protocols used in enterprise observability (OpenTelemetry, JSON, Parquet)
