      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Write and test product or system development code to enhance applications
      - Participate in or lead design reviews to evaluate available technologies
      - Review code from other developers, providing feedback to ensure best practices
      - Triage product or system issues, debugging and resolving them efficiently
      - Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to address complex challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with programming languages and data structures/algorithms
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products
      - At least 1 year of experience in software design and architecture
      - Minimum 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with open-source technologies and large-scale systems
      - Familiarity with cloud computing and hybrid cloud environments
      - Strong understanding of system stability, security, and performance optimization
      - Proven ability to work in collaborative team settings and lead projects
      - Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
