  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own the end-to-end development of provider-facing and internal experiences using React, C#, and AWS-based services
  - Build reliable systems for organization structure, user and role management, authentication, and authorization
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive onboarding and setup experiences
  - Mentor and support fellow engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
  - Explore and apply modern tools and technologies to enhance developer productivity and user experience
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
  - Experience designing and building user-facing web applications that scale
  - Proficiency in object-oriented or functional programming languages (e.g., C#, Scala, React, Node.js)
  - Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and reliability in software
  - Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers and promote software development best practices
