      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive AI product development in risk, shaping architecture and implementation of AI-powered risk systems
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory and operational needs into resilient software
      - Lead technical projects from concept to production, making critical decisions and delivering sustainable software
      - Write clear, testable, and maintainable code while establishing best practices for the team
      - Model a strong culture of operational excellence, ensuring high observability and reliability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in Payments or Risk
      - Expertise in Agentic AI with a proven track record of building and launching applied AI products
      - Experience in building large-scale distributed systems involving third-party integrations and decision automation
      - Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and influence decisions across teams
      - Familiarity with KYC, AML, risk, or compliance systems in financial services or fintech
