What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect, build, test, and deliver full-stack products while owning the success of your solutions
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to evolve and expand coaching products
- Maintain operational health of production systems and provide operational support as necessary
- Utilize logs and metrics to troubleshoot and ensure system reliability
- Champion and embed the company’s cultural principles as the organization scales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proven track record of shipping features used by customers and iterating based on feedback
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Quick learner with a growth mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience in building end-to-end solutions, with flexibility to work across the stack
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of full-stack experience in a fast-paced environment contributing to early-stage products
- Experience deploying LLM systems to production
- Ability to effectively collaborate on a geographically distributed team
- Experience maintaining software products at scale
- Familiarity with Go, GraphQL, Typescript, React, and AWS
