What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the technical aspects of the Salesforce.com CRM application
- Maintain data management, monitor end-user usage and security, and ensure data integrity
- Implement feature sets using standard and custom objects, workflows, and campaigns
- Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and integration tools with third-party solutions
- Support and train new end users on Salesforce.com applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent required; MS in Computer Science/Engineering is a plus
- 5+ years of Salesforce.com Administration and Developer experience
- Minimum of 8+ years' experience with OOP Programming, Server-side Java, Web Services, and XML
- Expertise in Salesforce.com development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Proficient with Unix Tools, shell scripting, SQL queries, and PL/SQL

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce.com certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder)
- Experience with Heroku and enterprise integration tools
- Familiarity with extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools
