What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead software development as a technical leader, ensuring high productivity and quality
- Deploy maintainable and scalable code using the .NET stack and AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
- Mentor less experienced engineers in best practices and engineering solutions
- Drive improvements in software architecture and processes for the Accounting domain

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of professional full stack software development experience with the .NET stack
- 3+ years of experience as a tech lead, mentoring engineers and guiding engineering decisions
- Experience migrating from monolithic legacy solutions to modern event-driven microservices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to propose innovative solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of security best practices in software development
- Experience with the Accounting domain
