      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, test, and debug complex real-world problems within the Windows Identity team
      - Utilize expertise in Windows development to enable innovative product features
      - Engage in problem analysis, resolution, and debugging for user and kernel space software
      - Participate in product design, brainstorming meetings, and code reviews
      - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Developer in low-level Windows programming
      - Expertise in Windows development, specifically in C and C++
      - Hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of Windows OS design and internals
      - Familiarity with standard debugging and profiling tools for Windows
      - Experience with Win32 API sets relevant to Windows Base Kernel, Windows Security, Active Directory, and Networking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with modern C++ (versions 17/20)
      - Knowledge of security aspects of Windows
      - Ability to work independently and with peers across different time zones
