      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales in the Nonprofit industry
      - Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations
      - Lead strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement
      - Participate in marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows
      - Collaborate with other Solution Consultants to share best practices and feedback to product management for enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Enterprise Software within the Nonprofit industry
      - Proven experience selling into the Nonprofit sector
      - Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
      - Strong collaboration skills with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services
      - Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence
