What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Go to Market Team to address complex business challenges for high-profile clients
- Transform customer business pain points into compelling presentations and proof of value
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and teammates, showcasing the value of the employer's products
- Mentor Solutions Teammates to ensure ongoing industry knowledge and customer empathy
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored creative solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of eight years of professional experience in a customer-facing creative operations, production, digital marketing, or Solutions Consulting role
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and related tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience generating content using tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with architecting API-based workflows across enterprise tech stacks
- Knowledge of creative production technology systems, such as MAM and DAM
- Experience with scripting or coding in Python or JavaScript
- Familiarity with project management tools like Workfront or Airtable
