What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Sales on strategic opportunities related to quality measurement and Star Ratings solutions
- Lead product demonstrations and present to health plan quality directors and executive leadership
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer quality challenges and improvement goals
- Develop technical content for RFP responses and support implementation scoping for complex engagements
- Capture customer feedback and communicate market trends to Product Management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in healthcare quality measurement, HEDIS operations, or Star Ratings improvement
- Deep knowledge of NCQA HEDIS measures and CMS Star Ratings methodology
- Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles in healthcare technology
- Strong presentation skills and excellent written communication for RFP responses
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) or similar certification
- Experience at a health plan in quality, HEDIS, or Star Ratings role
- Familiarity with supplemental data strategies and hybrid measure collection
- Understanding of CAHPS survey administration and member experience improvement
- Experience with quality analytics platforms and population health tools
