      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the key technical advisor to Account Executives and Channel Partners throughout the sales cycle
      - Develop custom network and cloud solutions tailored to diverse customer environments
      - Engage directly with customers for technical deep-dives, requirements gathering, and solution presentations
      - Create compelling sales collateral, including diagrams and technical documentation
      - Support post-sales handoff with thorough documentation and onboarding assistance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience (5+ years) in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architect role within telecom, managed services, or SaaS/SD-WAN
      - Established relationships with key Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs) such as Telarus and AVANT
      - Direct experience with SD-WAN, firewalls, routing and switching, and cloud technologies
      - Proficiency in designing and supporting solutions using Cisco, Fortinet, and other relevant technologies
      - Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively with dispersed teams
