What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve assigned membership growth targets through enrollment events and marketing activities
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to less experienced Enrollment Growth team members
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders, community-based organizations, and providers
- Schedule and coordinate enrollment events, ensuring participation from key partners
- Deliver presentations and distribute educational materials to current and prospective members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job-related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in marketing, business development, or community engagement
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a senior or lead capacity within the healthcare industry
- Solid understanding of Health Care Markets, particularly Medicaid
- Experience serving low-income populations and presenting to influencer audiences
- Fluency in a second language highly desirable
