      What You'll Do

      We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Learning & Development, who will design and implement learning and development and onboarding programs for Wilson Sporting Goods.

      Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance leadership and professional development and job performance in alignment with Wilson’s business strategies, culture, and universal skills model.
      • Create, implement, and manage an onboarding program for new team members in partnership with Team Member Experience. Includes leading and facilitating new team member orientation and other programs for new team members at Wilson.
      • Partner with the Amer Sports Learning Team to implement, administer, and maintain the learning management system (Docebo) for the Wilson Brand.
      • Collaborate with People & Culture functions (eg, Compliance, Amer Sports Learning Team, People Resource Hub, Payroll, etc.) to create and maintain functional learning modules for HR Tools and track completion of compliance trainings.
      • Develop and manage relationships with external educational partners/vendors to deliver impactful programs.
      • Coordinate the logistics for Wilson’s learning and development programs; create marketing strategies and communications to increase awareness and participation of learning programs; manage program calendars and participant registrations.
      • Define and measure success metrics to assess short and long-term learning transfer and effectiveness of training programs; make suggestions for continuous improvement based on participant feedback and metrics.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      What We're Looking For

      This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Training and Development, Organizational Development, or related field. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

      Other qualifications include:

      • Ability to develop/design curriculums combining in-person learning, e-learning, etc.
      • Highly creative thinker with demonstrated ability to contribute new L&D ideas, approaches, and solutions.
      • Excellent project management including the ability to manage multiple tasks.
      • Ability to administer a learning management system (eg, Docebo), including delivering content, tracking, and reporting.
      • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
      • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
      • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI.
      • Experience developing and facilitating training materials for both in-person and e-learnings using an instructional design tool (eg, Articulate) is a plus
      • Willingness for occasional travel (domestic and international).
